He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1995; he specialized in labor law at the same university, graduating “Cum Laude” in 2002; and earned an Executive Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Planning from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, in association with the EOI Business School in Madrid, Spain, in 2008. Before joining LEC Abogados, Francisco was an associate at major Venezuelan law Firms, including Araque, Reyna, Sosa & Viso, Carlos Parisca Mendoza & Asociados and Torres, Plaz & Araujo. In 2002, he founded the Law Firm Front Consulting Despacho de Abogados. Fluent in English and Spanish. Member of the Caracas Bar Association, since 1995.
