He obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1995 and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Duke University School of Law, in 1998. Before joining LEC Abogados, Santiago was a partner at Rodner Martínez & Asociados and a foreign associate at Parsons & Brown (New York). Santiago is a professor of commercial law and tax law at the Universidad José María Vargas. Fluent in English and Spanish. Member of the Caracas Bar Association, since 1995.
