We deal with all Venezuelan securities and banking regulatory agencies. The Firm is well positioned to both work with these government entities and monitor legislative and regulatory activity.

We have represented a large number of local and foreign financial institutions and corporations. Our members have worked on bank financing, syndicated loans, asset-based financing, project financing, securitization, structured financing, and other off-balance-sheet financing. The Firm has advised in financing transactions involving the U.S. Eximbank, export credit agencies (ECA) (including European export credit agencies), Japan's MITI and Eximbank, cargo and trade financing, acquisitions and highly leveraged financing, financing for workouts, restructurings and recapitalizations.
