We have handled initial public offerings and new issues of shares and other securities in the Caracas Stock Exchange and other international markets. Our work has often involved simultaneous offerings on stock exchanges in different countries.

We have represented clients in the securitization of a wide range of assets, including real estate mortgages, commercial receivables, lease receivables, credit card receivables, long-term promissory notes, secured retail loans, insurance premium rights and others.
