Our team advises companies in biddings and contractual arrangements for the construction, operation, and financing of Energy, Oil and Gas projects. We have also advised clients providing services and supplies required in Energy, Oil and Gas projects.

The members of the Firm have acted as counsel to companies in the most important Energy, Oil and Gas areas in the country. They have also advised participants in partnership agreements for heavy crude oil projects and companies in their participation in bidding rounds conducted by PDVSA.

Our partners have also participated in a wide range of oil and gas-related financing transactions, representing local and international banking and investment institutions. In each of these transactions, we have successfully addressed multiple tax, corporate and regulatory issues, playing a proactive and innovative role in designing solutions for our clients’ problems.
