He obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1995; a specialization degree in Economic Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1997; and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law in 1998. Before joining LEC Abogados, Leopoldo was an associate at Clifford Chance (New York) and Baker McKenzie (Caracas). Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Member of the Caracas Bar Association since 1995 and a foreign legal advisor in the state of New York, since 2000.
