He obtained his law degree from Universidad Monteávila, Venezuela, “Magna Cum Laude” in 2019, and his second law degree from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Spain, in 2025. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (LLM) in Dispute Resolution at the University of Missouri. Before joining LEC Abogados, Arturo interned at Palacios Torres & Korody; at the Ninth Superior Court of Tax Litigation in Caracas; and at Baker McKenzie (Caracas). Arturo is a professor of philosophy, philosophical anthropology and educational law at Universidad Monteávila. He has also been an assistant professor in the Hydrocarbons Law Seminar at the same university. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Member of the Caracas Bar Association, since 2019.
