Jorge has extensive experience assisting multinational companies, financial institutions and export credit agencies. Obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, “Cum Laude”, in 1994; and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University School of Law, New York, 1997.
